Yes, we accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of sale on smaller items, this does not include the Viking beds.

No, we do not accept returns or refunds on Viking bed orders as these are made to order and the materials cost a lot so, please be sure you are committed to the purchase before buying.

Yes, I hand make most of everything that's sold on Odin's Plunder, the only thing I do not make and have artisans make are any knives or axes on the site, however, I do handmake the sheaths for them and can accept custom orders.

So, if you wish to order a bed, then you should have half down on the bed before checking out and the other half upon completion. You also need to message me directly to know the lead time to make the bed before buying in case you can't wait that long. Typical lead time on a king size bed is a year but if the buyer pays the total cost upfront then your bed will be expedited, and you should receive in less than a year as I put complete payments to the front of the line. If you want another design carved in it, then please reach out so we can discuss details on your design thoughts. Another thing to take in account is shipping, Odin's Plunder does not ship the beds as they are heavy and large, so the buyer needs to pick-up or schedule delivery with a 3rd party shipping company. I will have the bed wrapped and protected when you or the shipping company picks it up as well.

Absolutely, if you have a design in mind and see a product you wish to put your mark on then message me directly to discuss your ideas. Keep in mind that on custom orders the price may change because it's a custom job and depending on the project, the shipping time will not be immediate since I'm custom making you a project.
